Ashur, Scott and the women at the front desk, were all very kind and personable. Ashur kept me up to date, seemed to be working in my best interest, and didn’t provide false promises. My car looks like a brand new vehicle inside and out! My repairs required 2 new tires. The tires they put on (and I’m sure this is insurance related and my wish isn’t even possible because of red tape) are bottom of the line. I couldn’t find 2 of the same tire anywhere and the tire shop wanted to replace the 2 new ones so I had 4 of the same. I only wish I could’ve paid out of pocket for the other 2 to be replaced at the same time, and to be able to upgrade tires out of pocket as well. Otherwise, great people & great service provided.
