I have been and will continue to tell others to avoid this facility at all costs. I want to reiterate that Shawn was wonderful to work with but I do not feel his outstanding service is representative of Autobahn as a whole. Andy was horrific to work with and furthermore, I have zero confidence in the quality of the repairs that were completed. My vehicle is also still missing a piece that is on backorder.

This facility caused damage to my car during the repair process, resulting in excessive repair time and inconvenience. I also have little to no confidence in the quality of repairs or reassembly of my vehicle. In addition, a significant part of the door is missing due to being on backorder, despite this facility having my vehicle for six weeks.

Shawn was wonderful to work with - prompt, professional, and always helpful. The manager, Andy Rice, is the most unprofessional leader I have ever encountered. He was consistently apathetic, rude, and disrespectful. He did not seem to care that his facility cause additional damage to my car. During the six weeks that my car was at this facility, he became combative and yelled at me several times.

When I contacted Subaru and asked for their advice on who do use to get the repair done on your vehicle, they immediately said Autobahn. - I called, my goodness the receptionist was just awesome so kind and then Sean the guy who helped me oh it’s it was just a very good experience. Now about the car, I loved it too. It looks beautiful. It looks brand NEw I was supposed to have my appointment at 10:30 but I seem to get there a little early cause let’s face it I’m 73 and I always get places early. I left there at 10:28. I was treated like a queen the waiting area was clean and neat and tidy. Had great coffee. I watched TV and I enjoyed myself. I will come back to Autobahn, hopefully my husband lets’ the garage door go all the way up next time but you never know…. Very happy, very satisfied and I’m going to be sure to tell the people at Subaru that they gave us excellent guidance.

Dan Park was very instrumental in completing the repair after months of frustration waiting over 3 months for parts which are still on back order. He coordinated the repair through a technician who fabricated the parts necessary to repair my Audi. Thank you Dan for going over and beyond to facilitate this drawn out situation.
