Pleasantly surprised. I know dealing with auto repairs can be a hassle but Autobahn made it smooth. From the initial estimate to the constant updates and the final result. They kept me in the loop. Admittedly outside of a bit of dust on the interior of the vehicle attributed to it sitting. I am completely satisfied. My eyes can't tell the difference. Looks like a factory oem job. They were Audi certified and I'm happy I chose them and Liberty Mutual approves them as well. Looks like the job will last and they will stand behind it! Glad to have my car back. Kudos to Nicole, Kelly, Mike and the rest of the team. Thank You.

From the very first contact with Mike- it was nothing but professionalism. The communication/updates on vehicle repair progress were outstanding. My truck was repaired quickly, economically and with utmost attention to detail. Being a very picky car enthusiast along with having owned my own paint/body shop years ago, I knew what to look for and what to expect. They exceeded it. All my vehicles will go to Autobahn Collision in Gilbert from now on. Ask for mike- he knows his stuff.

My original date for pickup was April 28. Due to parts delays I didn't get the car back till June 3rd. Then, I got the car back with a shattered windshield that wasn't there before. They claimed there was a tiny crack before so it would've shattered anyways. I never saw that crack before. Why would you ever return a car in that condition after having it for over 7 weeks? Really dissatisfied. I would've argued more but I didn't want them touching my car again.
