The entire repair process was conducted in a professional manner from beginning to end. Repairs were completed on time with progress reports provided during repairs. At pickup vehicle was not only repaired, but was also cleaned inside and out and ready to drive home. A big thank you to all involved in this repair for taking such great car of my vehicle. I’d recommend Autobahn Collision without qualification as a first rate repair shop to anyone needing their services.

I did not have a problem with the drop off, and the girl who communicated with me was great, and having the text message updates was helpful (wished those had been offered when I dropped off the car). I think the experience in picking up the car was the part that was very unsatisfactory and j would be happy to speak with a representative regarding what I felt was a very poor pick up experience.

The overall service was great! The people o worked with and alerts were wonderful. Kudos to the staff and management for a well run organization! The condition of my car was less than expected. It had been washed but was tremendously water spotted and smeared. Not how I’ve ever picked up a car from a high end collision shop. The clear bra not only has a few bubbles but 2 scratches or impressions on the top of the hood. I know the dealership did this piece but those things will not come out with time. Thus it looks like I have scratches or dents in the hood - in the right light. The question is whether it will get better by sending it back or get worse. The first application was almost flawless. This one is not. The car is barely 3 months old. It’s a shame someone ran into me that required any of this. Again the service was fantastic! The end result is what my comments are directed to. Thanks!

Initial communication was null after selecting the shop in the app. I had to follow-up about bringing it in for an estimate and 2 weeks later if the estimate was approved. Once they had the vehicle communication was excellent.
