Never. You don't have qualified technicians who couldn't even identify basic warning/errors. You'r facility doesn't even have a 240V charger available, when I gave my car for repair I was told that you already have that installed and that you also have tesla mobile chargers which you don't and I had to bring and give my personal one when the car ran out of charge. I would never recommend anyone for a tesla repair to your body shop. The only good thing in the whole process is the communication has increased after 4 weeks and I was given a rental, which would have been avoided if your technicians have identified the issues properly.

Not very satisfied as the car had to be sent to the service center and the issues which the service center found seem to be very basic like cables not being connected and not investigating broken cables.

First time I took delivery there was a large scratch In the sheet metal which created a glob of paint, as if the paint was running down the side of the car. And there was a door ding that was unexplained. I refused delivery. Then when I came back the following week, those issues were resolved, but the car had paint overspray everywhere plus a host of other problems🙌

Car was delivered with paint overspray every where and still having issues with back door. The paint overspray was corrected when I brought the car back... repair took 2.5 months

Mike was polite and kept me informed of the repair process and the targeted completion dates. However, I am concerned about a shop that would cause damage and return the vehicle as if that hadn't happened.

Excellent paint matching but some of the paint lines on my subie Foresters front bumper are slightly squiggly when looked at from 6” but the customer service and repair techs are the very best I have experienced.

I came to pick up my vehicle and Jim was so helpful with talking to progressive to get my vehicle fixed, when I came to pick up my beloved Subaru, I worked with (I think) Noel and although I was in a hurry and forgot some important paperwork at home, Noel had me email the documents to her and she printed them so I didn’t have to go home before going to the place I needed the paperwork for. The front desk staff is awesome and also made it seamless by calling enterprise before I dropped off my vehicle. Just totally awesome great people
