Right side front door had glue melting from the trim on the inside of the door and kind of falling apart

I wish I was updated more and told about actually how long things would take. I was not expecting 6 weeks to be the process. Was told it would be about 3. I had to call every 5 days or so just to get an update on my car. I would have preferred to be updated along the way.

The whole experience with Autobahn Collision was the best part of this entire mess. State Farm made everything difficult — from dodging emails to trying to cheap out on parts and rental — but Dale stepped in and handled it like a pro. He called on my behalf, fought to get the right parts, extended the rental, and kept me in the loop. The fact that he came in on his day off so I could pick up the car? That’s legendary. Everyone at the shop was professional, respectful, and made me feel like my car actually mattered. The work done was flawless — car came back looking perfect and feeling solid. You guys earned my trust for life. Appreciate everything
