I think there should have been at least one update on how repair was going. The only update was when I called after a week to see where they were in finishing repair. Advised would be 2 to 3 more days.

While Jim McLune was very nice, I was not fully satisfied with the repair. There was a scratch on the top of my steering column, the new bumper that was replaced had scratches on the passenger side that I did not notice until I was out in the sunlight with the car at a local gas station. There was too much dirt on the inside of my car as stated before. These issues are why I would likely not come back and would not recommend your service to a friend. On the plus side though, your personnel who deal with customers are exceedingly nice and your location waiting area is comfortable and pristine.
