The car was with you for four weeks for a somewhat simple repair . When I checked in after two weeks , I was told the repair person had been out with an illness . I get that we can all be sick. Three weeks goes by with a phone call which would have been more appreciated than the automated update . The work was exceptional when it was completed !

I was very impressed by the quality of the work, and the effort taken to return my car to me immaculately clean, inside and out! The only issue I experienced was some delay in completing the work from the initial estimated timeline, but this was not a problem for me as I did not need the car during this time. Thanks so much for the great work!

Based on our experience and timeline, I don't think we'd go through them again until they proofed their work before returning it to customers etc. I also know that they have to tow the cars back and forth since the Bethesda location doesn't have any repair shop included on site. So the timelines will always be longer it seems overall with returns and fixes.

We understood that the process could take a bit longer due to parts being shipped into the shop. But we did not anticipate it taking 1 full month to complete the repair. Once we got the car there was still glass under the drivers seat all across the floor. Because we needed our car back, we decided to pick up the glass ourselves and take it home. If your team says it's cleaning the interior in full and it's taking a full month to do so, I'd expect it to be clean.

The fixing was great, but I really don't like the the time frame (almost 3 months). I understand that too many things to be done but I was maxed out of my patience for that ridiculous waiting, costed me almost $1000 for my own rental car after 45 days covered by insurance.
