We were extremely pleased with the whole process involved with repairing our Subaru Outback. The staff (Sharon, Brandon, and Abdi) routinely kept us well informed of the progress in repairing our car, and any necessary contacts with the insurance company of the person who damaged our car. Sloppy work. Second time going to Autobody Dimensions and they did a messy job both times I trusted them to do clean precise work. Don’t waste your time and money with them. There was a dent in the supposed brand new bumper and black paint/ debris on new headlights installed. Didn’t offer to buff it out or clean it or fix the dent. Just apologized for it… thanks..?

My car was suppose to be ready on 12/29 and the work was completed by 1/15. Communications were scarce and poor. Repairs were beyond originally agreed and I was not consulted neither gave consent about the change in scope of the repairs. All in all: Very disappointed.

My back door on my truck had a lot of damage. It looks perfect and the paint is amazing. It doesn’t look like it was ever hit. And the staff was professional and did an excellent job! They kept me informed and actually finished my job before the due date!
