Communication was excellent from the moment I started my inquiry. Brandon kept in touch through the entire process and was extremely helpful in explaining the details along the way. Drove an hour to get my car handled professionally and would absolutely do so again, if needed, in the future. Not to mention I've gotten many compliments on the car since getting it back home. It looks better than before my unfortunate accident.

Great repair and service, as always. For the text notifications it would help to add if it’s possible to reply or not. If not, maybe add the phone number so a person could have it right there in case they needed to call with a question.

The computer system was changing over which made it take about a week to be able to make an appointment for the repair - seems like there should have been a workaround in place to be able to make appointments during that window.
