Everything looks great! I turned too quickly by a column in a parking garage and the front driver-side door was scratched up and dented. The car was also a burgundy color, which is not very common. First Charlie worked with me to find a door of the same color from a pre-owned vehicle. Sadly when it arrived the door had some damage to it (*not* Autobody Dimensions fault - they warned me of the possibility up front and i still decided i'd like to try it out). AD let me make the call as to whether i'd still like to go the same route or use a new door and paint it. I decided to go with a like-new door, and AD made no charges for the effort up to that point. The repair was done so well, and paint job was so great, that when the car was returned to me I had to actively recall which side was previously damaged - it looked like nothing had happened to it!

Charlie gave me all of the details of different routes I could take for repairs and the general costs. I appreciate that everything was done up front and in the open. I didnt feel any pressure for an upsell, and there were no surprises from quote to final bill.

The work done on the vehicle seems great. The communication at the beginning of the fixes was also really good. My only complaint is the amount of time it took to get the vehicle back and the communication of completion toward the end of the work.
