I would have to revisit in all honesty. Everyone at the shop from the general manager to Eric my contact are of the highest integrity. I respect them and I thank them for their efforts. My recommendation is not something I would give lightly, I'm certain you know of that. But would love to be able to recommend once again with previous enthusiasm

"Gait repair quality"? If this is about the repair for which I brought you my vehicle, cost covered by Allstate the insure or of the other motorist whose vehicle collided with mine a few months back, in all honesty the service I received did have challenges. But I also know that the company is basically rebuilding. I trust in the future that things will be in a little better place.. thanks for standing by to take care of things that went a little sideways when my vehicle sustained damage while under repair.
