As with my other 'visits', Eric was very attentive, an excellent communicator, very courteous and very helpful also. I really appreciated how Eric persisted in getting a part for my car that was very difficult to access. The mechanics who worked on my car did a great job and my car is running well. Jessie, the Receptionist, was very pleasant and very helpful. Whomever cleaned and polished my car did an amazing job, also. Thanks to Everyone!!

As I noted previously, I think all of the staff involved with my car contributed to the outstanding customer service at AutoBody Dimensions. The young man in the Bethesda office was also very helpful and courteous. I am grateful that my repaired car was transported to the Bethesda location from the Gaithersburg location as a convenience to me, since I live in DC and Bethesda is a lot more accessible.

The estimator was lovely, giving me separate estimates for mandatory work and optional work. I telephoned asking to set up a date for both proposals. The optional work was not done. Also, the car was ready a day late.

After having the car back for about a month and giving it a careful wash, there are areas that appear to need more attention. Maybe a buffing out would fix it? If I can I may swing by and you can have a look at it.
