Mostly good - had to call to figure out the status of my car. Due to having a rental car thru insurance, I wanted to make sure that it was extended because I did not want to have late rental fees. The only time the personnel called me, was during the initial appointment and when my car was ready. Otherwise, good personnel.

They went above to make my experience comfortable, efficient, and reliable. They even did extra to complete the service by armoralling the fender - not part of the repair and also painting an old scratch. I was very happy with the care, I would recommend them and return, if needed.
