Y'all broke the driver side door. It was working when the van was dropped off. As of now we have found that the lock does not work, it does not lock or unlock. The door itself does not latch to the body. Multiple plastic trim pieces are missing.

It was very difficult to get an appointment to begin with even though I shared the appropriate auto insurance information immediately after my first call with Autobody Evolution. I was anlso told i would get my car back in three weeks but it ended up being 9 weeks. A major part of this was due to Subaru shipment delays which I don’t fault Autobody Evolution. I just would’ve preferred a more realistic time estimate from the beginning is all. Otherwise, the repairs came out great and I appreciate their time and effort.

It was very frustrating to have to call multiple times to get the work started. I’d say at least 10 phone calls before I dropped off my car. Otherwise, the repair man I worked with was very communicative and gave regular updates.

I had a not pleasant experience with this place which was one of the option of All State to get my car repaired after my car was hit on the rear and damage the rear lift door and back of my car, the repair took too much time, more than one month, with inaccurate emails about job completion, I had to call to find out if my car was ready, because I was not receiving any phone call, when I picked my car I noticed my car trunk trim panel was unattached, I did mentioned it the first time I brought it to the shop ,but for some reason they forgot to fixed it,also the rear lift door and rear lights they still have some type of glue from the wrapping when they were shipped to the shop,the compartment where the spare tire was dirty and dusty,and the jack tool compartment was a little unatached,actually one of the anchor is bended and it is not holding the panel properly,I had to spent my weekend cleaning my car due to that, one of the trunk light was not working and my front light dome switch was broken, eventually the rear trim panel was replaced and the interior rear light fixed, but I was told that the front dome light switch could not be fixed because they were not working in the front and nobody has touched any switch which is not true, because I keep my lights on the door position that way every time I open the door the lights come on, but at the moment of pick up they were all in off position even the light of the dashboard was turned off at the end I was told that they were going to contact the insurance company to see if front dome light switch that one of the tech broke was covered,obviously not,the insurance will covers the damage was done in the accident and not someone mistakes. The rear lift door sometimes won't shut properly and I have to slam the door to shut if off. Rico was always polite and try to be informative answering my question ,but in this situation being nice is not enough.
