Communication breakdown. I first call went very well and it appeared that I would have a very good experience. If that changes then yes I would return.

My car was sublet to Firestone w/o my knowledge. My husband saw our car on their lot but told him that our car was at your shop. I am not sure if it was left out at night, which was not good. The shield that I was assured of was not installed. When my car was taken back to Firestone about some noise, they misdiagnosed it as my manifold. I spent an additional $700 only to be told that it was a blown gasket and a leak in muffler. I was not very satisfied.

Auto body evolution Catonsville exceeded my expectations. They kept in constant contact about my vehicle and did an IMMACULATE job on my car. 5 stars isn’t enough. If I could give 100 stars I would.

The staff at this location were amazing. They kept me informed on the status of my car from the time it arrived until pick up time. I want to thank Leo for staying after hours to wait until I got my car. If I need to I would definitely come back to this location & would recommend everyone come there.
