I asked and paid for Lexus product and received after factory product. Then was informed when I picked up my car that it would be 3 weeks until the bumper that originally supposed to be installed. Just not how business is done. I need the bumper I paid for to be put on my car as soon as possible

The good: They said they could speed the process by ordering parts in advance. The bad: They couldn't tell me when the parts would arrive, which I understand, but as soon as they did, they made it urgent that I schedule immediately even though I've told them repeatedly it could be a couple weeks due to work conflicts. Once I had the car scheduled, they did get it done early, which I appreciated, but there was an issue with the shielding in the wheel well. I'm still trying to get that resolved. The main issue is really poor communication and I'm always being told the person I need to speak to isn't available but will call back. Nobody ever calls back.

Thanks for getting the work done in a timely manner. I think the new doors handle and quarter panel look amazing the only thing I had and issue with was the loss of the tinted window on the front passenger side I would have like to have kept that window tint but I get it lol. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of work and would recommend you all to anyone needing body work done for their vehicle
