Panel gaps and paint match is good. There was damage to the rear corners of the hood, as if the hood was placed standing on the floor without any protection or before the paint hardened. Also there was a bug fully embedded in the clear that will likely need to be sanded and re-cleared, a quick quality check would have caught it. Vehicle was not brought back in because I received it 4 hours before starting a cross country move. Vehicle will be brought to a shop in my new location for corrections and inspection of other repairs.

Personnel I spoke to were professional and courteous overall. Completion estimates were a problem though. Each time I received a new completion date it sounded low confidence (which makes sense considering it was pushed 2 times) and each time the reasoning, was different every time and didn't make any sense. I understand that estimates are just that but if the estimated completion is on a Friday and doesn't change for 18 days, then the morning if the estimated date it is pushed that's not satisfactory. Considering I had to wait till the following Wednesday that means it was for sure not going to be completed on Friday and an update estimation should have been sent before the day of.

Car wasn't cleaned or detailed dust everywhere. Left rear door on driver side door clip or pin loose when you open and close you hear à noise.
