Everyone was professional and treated me like family. I dealt with Dallas and Taylor and even though I was a little to pick up my car, they did everything to assist as if I arrived hours early. They answered all my questions and I told them I would be sure to tell people about the facility. i had a chance to tell someone about them this morning, and he angreed with me. Their good reputation is well deserved. I hope I never need their services again, but if i do they would be my first choice. Kudos to Dallas, Taylor and everyone else that works there. 😍 Georgianna

In total, the repair process was perfect. The repair shop kept in constant contact with me, letting me know where in the process my repair was. The car was cleaned and vacuumed - a nice surprise. That doesn't always happen The only issue I have was the amount of time it took to complete the repair and the fact that no one contacted me to inform that my vehicle would not be ready on the estimated date. However, when I called I was informed that the first part was damaged in transit and it had to be replaced. So, I was satisfied with the quality of my repair the bumper appeared to be a perfect fit and the paint was a good match.
