I would rate as 10, but when the insurance company assign to this shop. They were supposed to call me to pick up my car. The corporate office called and took information and advised that the local shop would call to schedule pickup of vehicle. No one called. I went into the shop a week later. I was advised that corporate never let them know the vehicle needed to be picked up. So, I lost a valuable week in the process. My rental car was pulled a week before my car was ready. If they had called when they were supposed I would not have lost a week of car rental (being unable to go to work). Once I went into the shop everything was taken care of right away and it was a good experience from that point on.

The fuel gauge still isn’t working. I also said that since the accident I’ve had to take the fuses out of my car to shut it off. It happened the first night I got it back
