The rear bumper cover sits off the bumper. Unlike the factory. Also there was a miss communication on touch up work unrelated to the insurance clam. There was runs in the paint that I will have to make an appointment to drop the truck off and have corrected. Its frustrating, the color match was good, but their is a huge run in the paint.

Front desk Customer service was great ! The speed and timely matter in fixing my vehicle awesome and keeping me updated by text was outstanding However not wiping down, leaving the interior dusted and dirty area where the repairs were done was unacceptable a scratch on my windshield glass that was not there prior was never mentioned that something occurred not setting my trunk liftgate height back in place all little irritants that were not professional

I wanted to thank Felix for his amazing service! I'm not sure if your company does customer compliments but he went above and beyond, and I wanted to send something over for him. Felix made sure all of my questions were answered. He checked on a part that I've been waiting for and gave me a detailed update. He did things I didn't expect like take my car trash when I was dropping off and installed the cup holders I had sitting in my back seat. I really appreciated his efforts! There needs to be more folks like Felix in this world! You can tell he really cares about the customer and your company.
