The after market chrome trim on my vehicle needed to be removed and they said they might not be able to find a replacement, which I said was ok. They never called back to follow up and when I arrived to pick it up, the trim was only removed from drivers side door, making car not matching on both sides. Would've been nice to have a follow up call to ask my preference. Now I have to reschedule an appointment to have the rest removed.

Received text message notification only that car was ready. Had to call multiple times in order to reach someone to ensure it was ready for pickup. When I arrto pick it up I had to wait almost an hour because the insurance adjuster still had not been contacted about my after market trim. Wish this would've been taken care of before they told me it was ready.
