So after I got it home my boyfriend noticed I have no brake lights and no turn signals in the back. So that kinda sucks. Because he's not happy and I could've been rear ended while I was in town.

When I left I drove home with no brake lights, tail lights, or blinkers. They were not hooked back up after the body work was finished. The body work was done great! The amount of time the vehicle was at the body shop was a bit long, 24 days. Customer service was great.

The work was first rate, but communication was less than great. Knowing when we could expect the work done was critcal to getting to doctor appointments. We were told to expect a call, but did not receive it, & had to contact our insurance rep to get thru to them. I truly appreciated the transport service, but that was miscommunicated also. The text/phone service was poor.

Customer service was outstanding! Rental car there when I dropped off my car and I was able to leave it there upon completion of the repairs. I received a phone call after the initial inspection was completed letting me know the estimated repairs/value and repairs were completed well ahead of the expected schedule. The staff was friendly, kind, welcoming, and made it a very easy process as a customer. Thank you!

Total surprise to see the detailing done inside my van. It was vacuumed and cleaned, even the mats. Thank you to the young man that took the time to do that. Jason communicated with me every step of the way and explained the process and repairs. I appreciated that. The gentlemen who actually did the repairs took extra time to make sure my door was working properly and took the time to explain everything he did. Appreciated that also. Thank you all.
