My only complaint is with the lack of communication about my vehicle not being ready as originally scheduled. I appreciate the extra time taken, but George has to have known before 4:30 on a Friday (when I called him) that my car would not be done that day.

We just got it back today and it’s been raining. We haven’t had a chance to go over it yet. But so far it looks fantastic. The people were very professional and polite. It was completed far ahead of schedule. At this time we are very pleased and would recommend this shop to our friends.

Working with George was an absolute pleasure, he reminds me of the old school of business, where your word is your bond. He assured me that he would have my truck looking like the day I bought it, (at least the side that was damaged, LOL) & he did. I was impressed by the courteous service I received. They were very honest on when it was anticipated I could pickup my vehicle and were prompt on notifying me if the schedule changed. And my car looks like new. What a nice, efficient experience it was! Good job Autohaus!

Autohaus has been so easy to work with and really appreciated the daily communication via text messages to let me know as the work progressed. They also delivered my car a day earlier than expected. I would recommend them to anyone. And I will definitely use them in the future. They also are State Farm provider.
