I had to use this shop through my State Farm claim- I usually use another paint service in Melbourne (for over 25 yrs now)

New dings and scratches behind driver's door above gas tank door, quarter-sized paint chip inadvertently pulled off hood BUT not repaired, 2 small holes in my convertible top that were not present at initial drop-off. I was told this would be as good as it was, but now I have to have other issues addressed and repaired.

There was an issue with getting all of the repairs in for estimate, so at the end, I still had to figure out money for new tire on damaged side of vehicle and pay a portion of the deductible since it was not added into the estimate initially.

What a wonderful welcome I received from Tanna when I walked into the AutoHaus office! So refreshing. Tanna set up the repair paperwork and I was on my way. I brought my car in for the work to be done. Tanna felt like it would be finished on the Friday of that week…. which it was! The bodywork was flawless ! I could hardly remember the damage. The paint matched perfectly. When I got in to drive off, I realized that my car was both cleaner on the inside and out than when I brought it in! Thank you to Tanna and everyone in the AutoHaus body shop for an incredible experience. I will recommend them to everyone.
