My mom‘s a longtime customer of George’s and I told her I will never be using auto host to repair any of my vehicles ever again after this go round.

Would have been 10 stars, but instead of letting me know that there was a delay on putting my car back together they lied to me and said that they were detailing the outside of my car and that’s why it was taking so long for me to pick up, but when I picked up, my car was absolutely filthy on the outside and not detailed or even washed. I get that things sometimes take longer than planned, but for you to completely lie and say you’re gonna give me a service that you did not provide really just rubbed me the wrong way.
