Absolutely. They are the best

This job was for hail damage. The repair was perfect. I noticed later that shop very kindly even threw in a few unsolicited minor touch ups which were not related to the loss. The complimentary detailing including car interior and trunk (for a hail repair no less), made my jaw drop. Absolutely mind boggling; so good. Overall, car appearance after repair was an “11”.

I will be reluctant in future.

Issues arose during repair. A relatively easy repair took over 20 days due to mistakes in repair.

During repair, my car would not start, even though I drove my vehicle to repair shop after accident. Had my car towed by me to Honda dealership to do a diagnostic as to problem of no start. Diagnostic result video showed mistakes made at Autokrafters.
