Let me preface this review by saying that my family (4 generations, so far) works in the automotive repair industry, but I trust these guys just as much! After my accident, I was connected with Autokrafters and I must say that I am very happy with the service and work that was provided. They have excellent communication (on several platforms including email, text, and phone). They were also very expedient with repairs! (Two weeks with SEVERE front-end damage.) Highly recommended, even if you don't live in the area, Autokrafters is definitely worth a look. My car was not only detailed on the exterior when I picked it up, the interior was detailed as well (I smoke, so ash is LITERALLY everywhere before I have a chance to clean it, so I know when someone cleans my car...). These folk are in the business of building the best customer relationships, so even though my family will be the "go-to" for all my automotive needs, I can also count on Autokfraters in a pinch! Seriously, I suggest these hardworking folks heavily. Give Autokrafters a second look if you are unsure where take your vehicle for any sort of work

1. The repair estimated date had to be pushed twice. 2. Initially the parts ordered were not followed up, and only on the day of initial delivery we found out they won't be delivered on time. 3. there were misinformation: initially told the parts can't be found in US. After I was able to find some of them, I received the news they'll be shipped in a week. On the positive side: 1. Peter is very polite and was accommodating whenever I called him with questions. 2. after all, he tried explaining with details the reasons for delays and why things could not be done faster. After all, I'll bring my car over to you next time, but I will be more cautious about the dates provided, and will start follow ups earlier.
