Service was very good and they made the claim process smooth working directly with my insurance company. Just paid deductible and out from store. I worked with Brent who explained everything they are going to fix it incl the parts from where they buy.

The car was supposed to be ready for pickup. We returned the rental and went to the shop. Oops. The car was not ready. I had to go back to rental again on Thursday before long weekend at 5.30 PM in a huge traffic.
