Quality of the work was excellent. Scheduling for estimate also strong. Communication was the weak point--we dropped car off believing it would take a few days. When I called to see if it was ready, we were told it would be another ten days. Manager involvement initially consisted in grilling me regarding what our estimator would have said to "prepare us" for a longer repair. Problem was we got no communication and in fact the manager could not tell from the notes which part they were waiting for. It all got resolved but I believe that our insurance company getting involved changed the course. It's a quality shop and the work was excellent and I'd still recommend them but communication should have been better.

Repair was great but no communication received for the status of repair. It frustrating that you cannot get hold of advisor. Multiple calls and left messages but no response
