I received regular updates, however the updates didn’t really provide much value. I’d be informed that the parts arrived today and it’s going in for paint today. But really I was just looking for an ETA when I would get my car back. The updates were informative of progress being made but lacked the details I was wanting.

I struggle here because I do think the work done was done well, I just wish the communication was better.

Overall repairs look great and seem to be as good as new. Communication during the repairs was very poor and took much longer than expected. There was an issue with insurance where they were told it was done before I was told it was done which caused a lot of issues. In general, communication could use a lot of work.

You do a great job on the body work itself and I appreciate my car coming back cleaner than when I brought it in. It would be nice to have a daily update on the car’s progress through the repair pipeline, just for peace of mind.
