The front office originally scheduled me for an appointment on Memorial Day. And you turned out to be closed that day. I thought the other staff was fine, but didn’t feel totally taken care of by the work of the person at the front desk ..maybe more training is needed for them?

The car looks like nothing ever happened :) they send messages everyday to tell me about the fixing process and the car was ready before the day I was expecting. They gave my car a courtesy cleaning before I pick it up. It was overall a good experience.
