Unlikely, but I'm giving the team a chance to correct the paint mismatch and improve communication for this second round of repair work. If the end result of the repair work and future communication are excellent, I could change my score to a more likely number.

The new panels line up well, but the team appears to have used the same paint on the metal trunk panel and the plastic bumper panel. The color on the metal panel is close, but the plastic bumper is significantly off. I am shocked that the team thought it was acceptable to give back to me as the customer in this condition.

Communications were infrequent and late, I had to chase updates and eventually had to ask my insurance agent to call to get through. I left multiple messages to never hear back, and the few times I did get him on the phone he would promise a follow-up date and then miss it. Extremely disappointing.

Except the time to repair ( even after getting confirmation that parts available) everything was ok. No one wants to wait month to fix ev car and drive rental car with their preferred repair shop .

After the car was dropped off, there were hardly any communications regarding completion of the repairs. Insurance did not get estimates on time either.
