I’m disappointed with the quality of the repairs and the lack of attention to detail. After picking up my vehicle, I noticed that the hood was visibly misaligned, with a noticeably larger gap on the right side than on the left. Since the hood was replaced as part of the repair, I expected the body shop to ensure the panel gaps were even and everything was properly aligned before returning the vehicle to me. Unfortunately, I now have to bring the vehicle back to have an issue corrected that should have been caught during the final quality inspection. This is frustrating, especially after trusting the shop to restore my vehicle properly following an accident.
