I’m waiting for a call back from them they had my truck for a month put a new door on and it doesn’t work and the speaker is blown in the new door.

I was surprised to see the truck dusty. The woman who did the checkout nicely wipe down the headlamp and a little around the metal has a headlamp had a water spot on it, but then I saw that the rest of the truck was quite dusty. I would’ve thought you guys wipe it down or do a quick wash when you’re done so it doesn’t have dust residue all over it so now the hood of the truck is halfway wiped or perhaps a third of the way wiped clean but 2/3 of it looking dirty. So now I need to go wash it. I was a little surprised to see that. Further, the hood was misaligned on pick up and the new left. Front fender was bent out a little bit. The Shop quickly addressed those two items once I pointed them out within about 10 minutes, but that tells me the quality control is perhaps not what it should be.

The entire repair process ran very smoothly and the repairs done appear very good. The staff at the Douglas Drive location is very good to work with. I was disappointed to arrive home after picking up my car to notice a large crack in the top corner of my windshield. I called Caliber about it and they emailed me photos showing the crack appears to have been there when I brought the car in. I guess it is possible I just hadn’t noticed it in the top corner of the passenger side of the windshield. Still disappointing and took the wow out of the car repair experience.

The damage repair looks good but I noticed a crack in my windshield when I picked my car up that I was not aware of when I took my car into Caliber Collision. They showed me photos of the car they took before beginning work on the car that included a photo of a crack in the windshield. Because of the crack location in the upper passenger side of the windshield concealed by a lowered visor, it is possible the crack was there prior to my bringing the car in and I just hadn’t noticed it. I don’t know what would have caused the crack other than maybe the extreme heat we are having in Arizona?
