I went to three other body collision shops for their bids. All of these body shops treated me like a number, not a person. No personally, didn't ask me any questions, they were there for a few minutes, then explained they would email their bids to me. My forth bid was at Caliber Collision in Mesa, AZ. Frank came out and examined the damages. Frank give me several options for the repair. At this point, I wasn't being treated as a number. We agreed on the options for the repairs. As it turned out, Caliber Collision was the lowest bidder. During the repair process, Caliber Collision kept updating the repair process via my text messages. I knew exactly what was going on all the time. I knew they were working on my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle on Monday. The workmanship was fantastic. My vehicle looked brand new. The parts were aligned properly and the paint job looked like it did in the showroom. I would highly recommend them. The receptionist was also great. When you walked into the business, she was always friendly and willing to answer any questions.

The customer service was next to none. My vehicle was done and ready to be picked up in just few days. Much shorter period of time that was given to me on the estimated ready time. Service preformed on the vehicle is top of the line. Great job guys. From front desk to everyone that provided me service you were amazing.

It started with Heather, at the front desk! Very professional, yet a sincere warmth of caring. Frank was next, to look at the damage needing attention. Again very professional. Direct and helpful. The occasional texts to keep me up to date on progress. Then the repairs completed and I was in my truck once again!
