I was kept fully informed, and the car came back looking great! Turn up the heat they deserve it. I think they haven’t even gotten the point just give us the escrow, but I don’t think Rudy would have a group have her do it between now and then I think some things developed since I think the devotional turn into a motion motion motion motion, judgment a couple things I know we’re gonna have a lot of stuff coming up on discovery they’re gonna reset all the depositions we got requests at Stanley Gus. Very great service from Auto Nation Hollywood Collision Center. They gave me weekly updates on the status of my car and the repairs. I had rear end damage and forgot to clean my trunk out they cleaned it for me and stored my items safely until I was able to pick them up. Lastly, upon pick up my car was spotless they gave me detailed cleaning and car wash. 10/10 service everyone was great.

After being told my car would be ready January 14 - 19 days after I first dropped if off - it took 35 days and my insurance company covered 30 days for a rental car - so I had to pay $560 extra because the parts company kept on sending the wrong part.

The staff was completly professional and kept me updated through out the process. They coordinated the pick up of the rental vehicle after the repairs were done so the process was seamless. Greatly appreciated.
