I have used AutoNation Honda Collision in the past for bodywork repair to my car. I was happy with the workmanship and service and the reason I returned when I needed repair on my car. Katrina at the front desk has always been wonderful; she is extremely kind, friendly, and always makes me feel valued as a customer and makes me feel like I matter as a person. This recent repair, I was fortunate to have Juan as my adjuster. Juan consistently kept me informed on the progress of repairs being done. If I had a question, most of the time he answered his phone, and when he did not, and in a timely manner, I received a return call. I hope I don’t need to use AutoNation Honda Collision again for repair; however, I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs bodywork on their vehicle. Actually, I just referred Jerry Goettert for repairs to his truck.
