In addition to the repairs, I asked that all four tires be replaced. They were not replaced. The day my car was ready, I was not notified - even though I had sent an email and left a voicemail message inquiring about it. When I finally called again, I was told the car was ready, which meant I had to rush into high gear to pick up. Unfortunately, this was a huge inconvenience for me and my father-in-law who had to take me to get the car. I was also just generally uncomfortable with the rather "distant" level of customer service I received from Scott. Since this may simply be due to personality, I won't belabor the issue, but something was just not attentive about my interactions with him - from the very moment I called from the accident site.
