Overall, the repairs were done very well. The car looks nearly identical to when I first purchased it, with the exception of a few scuffs and scratches that were missed.

The customer service was great. I was regularly updated on the status of my repair and given estimates for when the repair would be done. They were also very accommodating of my requests to do further inspections after the initial one. Overall, I am satisfied with the level of customer service provided.

The repair of the damage was excellent but the technician failed to snap in a small decorative piece that goes in the center of the grill. I had to return a day or two later and pickup and install it myself. He also failed to make sure a bottom piece was properly aligned all the way across so it was flush with no gaps showing. I had to fix that myself too.
