Nick was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. He ended up being the person who helped me begin the procedure, communicate with Travelers and pick my car up after repairs were completed. However, Chris was not communicative at all - the only updates I received were a result of me contacting him, not the other way around. And the call I received notifying me that the car was ready was made by someone else. If Nick had been my liaison through the whole process, I would've given this category a 10.

my pet peeve was there was absolutely no communication , I couldn’t get a return phone call or update regarding the repair of my vehicle. Whenever I spoke with someone all I got were excuses that had absolutely nothing to do with me .

John was great at keeping me updating about the process and steps that the car was going through! Ms. Emma at the front desk was also really nice and helpful and made it easy for me to be in and out in the shop. She also arranged Enterprise to pick me up so I can pick up my rental car. The experience was great and they did a great job with my car. I just did notice 3 scratches on top of the newly repaired fender area. Not a massive deal but overall great work!
