my truck came in with working headlights and after repairs, I was told I have a short in my headlights and they're not at fault nor going to fix it.

Had 2 different claims done at same time per advice of Auto Nation and they fixed the vehicle in a different order, did not communicate with insurance company causing me to incur cost of rental car. Repairs were very unsatisfactory with both claims with the shorting out of my headlights in one claim then lack of communication with Geico resulting in repairs not being completed.

I asked for a quote to buff out scratches on two doors while my truck was going to already be there. Was told not to worry they would do it free of charge as they were minor. It wasn't done and the guy left before my truck was done for vacation. Told me 3 days and took a week. Also gave me a hard time about checking airbag sensor bc the light wasn't on even though I said it comes and goes since the wreck.
