Paula at the front desk is a keeper ~ she greets you and is pleasant and helpful from the time you walk through the door till the time you leave and come back. You are lucky to have her as the 1st person you meet when you walk into the collision center!

Terrible experience with Germaine Car was there for 2 months with delays in ordering parts. Germaine tells me it will be ready next Monday and then no update often no replies to messages.
