It took 3 weeks to fix a minor issue. It always seemed to be done soon or by the end of the week. It was never a given day or estimate (time or cost).

Bryce was great to work with and he deserves a raise. Made the whole experience a breeze. Initial work looked amazing however after driving it became apparent headlight was misaligned. Still giving a 10 as once I brought up the issue steps were taken immediately to correct. I would return to/recommend auto nation for repairs.

Great experience with a very good and professional estimator Bryce Slagle at Auto Nation Collision Center Plano. Bryce was proactive, thorough and considerate during all phases of the collision repair cycle. He was proactive by keeping in touch via email and/or phone give me updates regarding the insurance coverage and options to repair the vehicle. He worked with me on pricing, timing and extent of repairs. He was always available and made sure I had repair progress pictures. He didn't mind if I just popped in at the repair shop to see the progress and ask questions. I found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable on all aspects of the repair. His time estimates were solid - the vehicle repair was complete on the day he said it would be ready. Just no complaints and high praise for a quality experience.
