I would absolutely recommend them, I would just warn whoever I recommended them to to stay on top of communication. The work was well done, and I enjoyed interacting with all of the team members there. It is a great team.

Communication could’ve been better, we had to call in to find out what was going on with our vehicle. It also took quite a long time to get the repairs complete completed.. Maybe it is normal for the vehicle to be in there over a month

I appreciate that quality was "job one" and that when there was a delay (due to an ordered part being faulty and requiring a reorder, not Autowerks NW fault), I was kept informed of the situation and the new time line. Also, the estimate was spot on (No extra charges / surprises.)

This is my 4th time using Autowerks my family had a good experience before but after this time we are done. Not to mention they siphoned gas off my vehicle.
