The body work was good but the communication was not there. When dropped off my truck, Mario told me that it would take 5 business days to complete the work on my truck. Then couple of days later he called me saying it would take 2 weeks because they found a few more things wrong with the truck. Which is understandable! So on the week of my truck being done I call 4 day before the due date. And a lady told me that my truck is actually ahead of schedule and I should be receiving my truck in a couple of days. I did not receive a call so I figured pick up date was still on the original date scheduled. So when I called on day of pick up they told me that it would not be done until the following week. Unfortunately I had to speak up and tell Mario that I needed my truck back on that day just like he told me originally because I had jobs lined up that following day. I would not have scheduled anything if somebody would of told me that they needed more time with the repair but since they told me that they were ahead of schedule, I took their word.

They did a really good job and made my car look like brand new again. Only issue I had was with communication. They kept sending messages and calling my mom even though I gave them my personal number three separate times. Heck even this link for a review was sent to my mom’s phone number rather than mine who is the owner of the car they repaired. They also failed to fix whatever is rattling on my passenger’s side mirror even though I clearly pointed out when I first took my car that upon impact that side mirror was hit and swung into my door. I’d go back and complain but I need my car and don’t have time or money to rent another car for two weeks.

Again, they failed to contact me directly even though I gave them my phone number on multiple occasions. Even my mom told them to call me, who owns the car rather than her who is just on the insurance policy.
