I was very impressed until I let the window down on the driver’s side today. When we took the initial tour of the car, I mentioned how the window sounded when I let it down a little. I was told that it wasn’t affected. Even though the side view mirror showed scratches and paint. Why wasn’t the window included in the repairs?

Upon arrival to pick up the car i was told the hood was painted and it was clear it was not! But they did offer to buffer it after noticing this! Would’ve been nice if it got painted like i was told it was! Big miscommunication there! Also after that i picked up the car again and the battery was dead! So both times i went to pick up the car it was not completely ready! Aside from these two things they were awesome! Id still recommend them to family and friends! But id suggest their attention to detail and communication of those details to the customers be a little more accurate!
