Would have been a 10, but I never received any calls updating the status of my vehicle. I called a week later and then they said they’d give me a call back, and didn’t again. Called the following day and they had my estimated completion date. If it weren’t for the lack of communication I would have rated a 10 because the work itself was wonderful.
