They did a magnificent job.If I had to find something to complain about, there was a little residue left on the rear spoiler. Not a huge deal at all. Great job I would go back to them in a heartbeat!

Very satisfied with the work done to my car. I’ve heard great things about AV collision but now I truly know for myself. I got my car back in a reasonable amount of time and when I got it back it was clean had air freshener and nice thank you card. The guy who walked me through the inspection was very nice as well.

Everything was good until towards the end a lady gave attitude on the phone they kept changing dates when my car was done they kept ordering wrong parts 3 times then they told me Honda did but it was av collisions that did the wrong measurements I was very understanding until the lady said I can’t get my car saying that it’s not her problem that she ordered the wrong part I just kept asking for my car even if the part was in because I needed my car it was already almost month just for a bumper it was hot mess the guys were very professional just the lady was not ruined the whole experience
