The wrong grill was ordered and installed. They ordered the new correct one, but I'll have to take the truck back to the shop to get it installed. Inconvenience. Other than that, everything looks good. And the office staff is very pleasant and expedient.

Your office staff are the best! Veronica has a great way of dealing w/customers, whether in person, or on the phone. I'm sure she is mentoring Stephanie in how to deal w/the public.
